Map 2 Fitness
Map 2 Fitness was founded in 2001 as an in-home, private training service. The sole purpose of its creation was to offer clients a customized fitness program that would move beyond the volume based “one size fits all” exercise programs found in most gyms.
Our training technique is designed with each client’s needs in mind. We consider one’s fitness level, lifestyle, and goals with each prescription. We work closely with each client to identify obstacles that may affect adherence to their program, and create realistic, achievable goals as a result.
Being FIT is not a destination, it’s a way of life.
The M2F Method integrates endurance, resistance, cardio and flexibility movements.
Multiple-muscle, functional exercises are the foundation of our program, utilizing the body’s own resistance. These movements teach the client how to balance, strengthen and maintain proper form on their own, rather than having their body ”locked” into a position as one is with a machine.
Our sessions are creatively designed to be progressive yet keep you interested and challenged. We want you to work hard, but enjoy the process and look forward to each session.
